• Before our arrival for your home cleaning, please put away clothing items, kids’ and pet’s toys, and remove dishes from the kitchen sink. It will ensure all surfaces are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Make sure important papers and documents are put away in drawers or stacked together in an area with reduced chances of getting wet or easily confused with trash.
• Make sure alarms are off or give us specific instructions on how to de-activate it during your service.

No. As long as you provide the necessary instructions on how we will get access to your home,  you don’t have to be present for the cleaning. Whether it be a gate code or a hidden key, we’ll be able to get in, clean, and leave when the cleaning is completed.

When you book your home cleaning you choose an arrival window of 2 hours. We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. In these circumstances, we'll always contact you.

For you security and convenience, payments must be made with a debt or credit card. Your card will be charged only after the each cleaning service is completed.

You will only be billed after your cleaning service is completed. A hold may be placed on your card the day before service. Please, note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just a pre-authorization. You won't be charged until after the service is completed and you will receive an email invoice immediately.

We know that life can be complex and unpredictable. You can always cancel and re-schedule your cleaning visit and we make it really simple for you to do it. W  We would just appreciate if you give us at least 72-hour notice whenever possible.

We reserved that time for you, a 72 hours’ cancellation notice gives us the necessary time to re-fill the cleaning schedule, serve other families, and minimize the impact a cancellation has on our cleaning professionals’ income. We charge a small cancellation fee of $60.00, when a cleaning service is cancelled less than 48 hours to the scheduled cleaning time.
